Refund Policy

We want you to love your DJ Marketing experience. If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it:

Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

  • COD orders may be canceled during order confirmation calls.

Returns & Replacements

  • Eligible only for:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Damaged products in transit

    • Manufacturing defects

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used/opened products

  • Personal care items with broken hygiene seals

  • Free gifts or promotional items

Refund Process

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, refund/replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
